What to expect at UF Wesley
The Gator Wesley Foundation is the United Methodist campus ministry in Gainesville, FL. However, we have students from all different backgrounds including many other denominations or no church experience at all.
If you join us for worship, you will find that we work hard to create an atmosphere that is engaging, creative, and accepting. Most people wear jeans, khakis, or skirts to church on Sunday, while shorts and t-shirts are easy to find as well! At our Bible Studies, there is no expectation of any prior experience with the Bible while at the same time we try to offer an enriching experience for those who have read parts of the Bible.
We are also commited to making a difference in other people’s lives through service, both in Gainesville and around the world.
